Responsibilities and Impact
The Motion Designer will fulfill best-in‐class creative video and audio requirements across the four diverse business divisions and at the corporate level.
This role will fulfill strategic, engaging, effective, customer‐focused video and audio projects, including the creation and editing of video and audio content as both standalone pieces and as part of multi‐channel marketing campaigns.
The Motion Designer will demonstrate a proven ability to ideate, develop and deliver innovative concepts in line with brand guidelines while pushing to explore new creative methods to elevate the overall brand, working closely with Creative Directors, producers, designers and writers.
This person will be and/or demonstrate the following
Serve as a strategic thinker, developing and executing creative solutions that align with - and at times push - the boundaries of our brand
Experience leveraging AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation
Ability to concept, storyboard, edit and animate all video content types
Collaborate across the team and organization to deliver leading, relevant, and cohesive video and audio, rapidly synthesizing and iterating on feedback when necessary
Demonstrate a passion for storytelling, with an ability to transform complex topics into compelling visual stories with audience objectives and business goals in mind
Proficient in 3D animation
Motion Design Fundamentals - Understanding of timing and spacing, principles of animation, visual hierarchy, composition and layout, typography best practices, brand consistency, and use of transitions that support storytelling
Stay up to date with latest industry trends, technological advancements and industry best practices in video, broadcast TV, audio, production, and studio management
Work with Senior Technical Producer to assess, document and maintain third party vendor relationships
What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications
Must provide a portfolio of exceptional work that demonstrates your skills and experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and/or training
Proficient in industry-standard video editing and animation tools
Knowledge of typography, composition, color theory and hierarchy fundamentals
Experience in video production including, specifically editing and graphics, in both live broadcasts and pre‐recorded content
The ideal candidate should be comfortable and excited to work in a corporate environment, who views being in-house as an opportunity to create engaging and effective video content with a premium, global brand
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Self‐starter who can work independently to solve complex problems
An excellent problem solver who is willing to go above and beyond, exploring and implementing new solutions as the need arises
Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills
Effective in a fast‐moving environment, both independently and collaboratively




Maintain a high degree of craft and attention to detail in all creative work
Fluent in English
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in film, graphic design, advertising or related field

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Security Solutions Architect to work with our largest customers.
In this vital role, you will help overcome barriers to AWS adoption by identifying and tackling major security, risk, and compliance questions from stakeholders, as well as build and maintain CISO/CRO and executive‐level relationships becoming their Security Advisor.
You will work directly with customer security, audit, risk and compliance teams to help them understand how to confidently utilize AWS, identify risk and design controls, setup ongoing assurance, and establish automated compliance.

The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor to customers and will work with AWS sales, business development, solutions architecture and product teams to help accelerate adoption by removing compliance and audit as barriers and suggest improvements to our services to meet the customer needs.
This position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and the role requires approximately 15% travel (including international).
Key job responsibilities
Work with AWS customers to convey cloud computing security and risk management best practices
Work with other teams within AWS develop the internal security expertise and to drive revenue
Develop technical content, such as white papers, reference architectures, blogposts, workshops, or code samples that can be used by our customers to assist them in deploying secure cloud‐based solutions
Assess security‐related knowledge across AWS sales and solutions architecture teams and develop plans to address gaps
Presenting about security topics at AWS events, and represent AWS at security conferences by delivering presentations and lectures

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in an information security or compliance role
5+ years of experience in a Cloud Security customer‐facing role, such as Cloud Security Architect, Cloud Security Consultant, Cloud Security Technical Sales or technical sales for cloud security solutions
Hands‐on experience securing AWS environments and understanding of architecting on AWS
Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences including training, workshops, publications
Ability to communicate effectively in English within business and technical settings (Verbal and Written).
Preferred Qualifications
Security Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty Certification, CISSP, ISSAP, CCSP, or PCI-DSS ISA or similar are valued.
Experience presenting on Security conferences
AI Security Skills with demonstrated experience securing solutions leveraging IA.
Experience Scaling through the creation of assets such as blogposts, articles, videos, podcasts, or engaging with technical communities
