Join our GBS team and support the execution of direct and indirect software sales. You'll work closely with Sales, Partners, Finance and Legal to ensure smooth, accurate and compliant quote-to-order processes in an international environment.
Your main responsibilities
Manage quote-to-order and sales operations support activities.
Support direct sales and partner-related transactions.
Coordinate with Sales, Partners, Finance and Legal.
Track transactions, documentation and operational requests.
Identify exceptions and escalate complex commercial or system-related topics.
What you need to succeed
2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Commercial Administration or similar roles.
Strong coordination,



communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with enterprise systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently in an international environment.
Fluent English.
