Atomic Hr is seeking a Creative Strategist (Paid Ads) for a fully remote, full-time role focused on turning insights into ad concepts that convert across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
You will own the creative strategy loop, run testing across 3–5 ecommerce brands, and collaborate with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to scale winning ads while maintaining a high creative bar and fast production pace.
