Leads Icon is hiring its first HR professional to own how we hire. This is a dual role: about 70% full-cycle recruiting and 30% people operations. You will report to the General Manager.
The position is fully remote for a Latin America and US team. You will source actively, run end-to-end searches, build a talent pool, onboard and offboard with care, and maintain clear records.
