We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a
Implementation Engineer
based out of Buenos Aires, Argentina!
You'llact as the technical bridge between the company and clients, ensuring successful implementation of fintech solutions and maximizing customer value.
Whatyou'llbe responsible forin this role:
Pre-implementation (planning, setup)
Implementation (deployment, integration)
Post-implementation (support, optimization)
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients
Help improve
platform, tooling, and reusable components
Serve as a
subject matter expert
and mentor others
Identify
process improvements and automation opportunities
What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:
3–5 years
in implementation or client-facing technical roles
3+ years in financial services (fintech, banking, payments, etc.)
Strong experience with:




Java-based systems (implementation/support)
SQL & NoSQL databases
Linux/Unix command line
REST APIs (Postman or similar)
Ability to improve processes and automate workflows
Payments, card systems, or banking integrations
AWS, Kubernetes, observability tools
Knowledge & Skills
Strong communication(technical + non-technical)
Problem-solving mindset
Organization and self-management
Customer-focused attitude
Ability to challenge and propose solutions confidently
Can
own implementations end-to-end
Thinks beyond tasks → improves systems and processes
Builds trust with both clients and internal teams
