We are looking for an experienced U.S. Accountant & Tax Specialist to join our client’s team remotely and support a U.S.-based company with bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial reporting.This position requires availability during standard U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.Key Responsibilities- Manage company and client bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop.- Prepare individual and business U.S. tax returns.- Complete and submit state sales tax filings.- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.- Review accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Maintain organized financial documentation for tax and audit purposes.- Collaborate effectively with team members based in the United States.- Ensure all tax filings are completed on time while maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information.- Proven experience using QuickBooks Desktop in a professional accounting environment.- Strong working knowledge of ProSeries Desktop.- Hands‑on experience preparing U.S. individual and corporate tax returns.- Solid understanding of U.S.
