Join our team!Key Responsibilities:Customer Service- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner and with a solution-oriented approach.Information Management- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.- Update the database with relevant customer information and their inquiries.Support and Assistance- Assist customers with order, return, and exchange processes.- Guide customers in the use of products and services,
