Improvado in LATAM offers a fully remote UX Analyst role focused on product workflows for field operations software. You will map multi-step processes, design flows that work offline, and collaborate with engineering to ensure precise builds from annotated specs.
This role emphasizes process over visuals, partnering with a two-person design team and reporting to the Head of Engineering. You’ll ship small, iterative improvements and help turn field insights into reliable, user-friendly tooling.
