- Design and enable reusable automation components (e.g., pipelines, roles, validation frameworks) to scale use cases.
- Operate within OT/PCN environments, adhering to security, segmentation, and compliance standards.
- Leverage telemetry from infrastructure and compliance platforms (e.g., SolarWinds) to improve operational visibility.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and vendor partners in Agile ceremonies and technical working sessions.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational guides.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience operating production systems with a strong focus on observability and reliability engineering
- Hands‑on experience with SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident management).
- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Experience integrating monitoring and operations with ServiceNow ITSM workflows.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces, alerting, correlation).
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments, preferably OT/PCN.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial or OT environments (oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing).
- Familiarity with SolarWinds or similar observability and compliance platforms.
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping, CMDB, or automation integrations.
- Exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible) and reusable design patterns.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST, ISA/IEC 62443).
