Lustum is looking for a Junior Customer Support Specialist to be the first line of contact for users across Latin America. This remote, full-time role is an entry point into fintech and focuses on helping users start with the app, understand cards, deposits and payments.
You will handle questions via in-app chat, email and WhatsApp in Spanish and English, contribute to onboarding, and work closely with product and engineering to resolve issues and improve the help content.
