Tether is seeking a Product Engineering Lead to steer Keet, a peer-to-peer messaging app, with 100% remote distribution. You will manage the API and frontend teams, set engineering standards, and own the technical design across features and API surfaces, reporting to the CTO and aligning with product.
You will partner with PMs, push back on scope when needed, and drive fast delivery using AI tools and prototypes while fostering distributed, local-first architectures.
