Community Sports Partners is seeking a customer-focused specialist to assist sports-program customers, resolve issues and drive retention. You will own enquiries through resolution, support renewals, and explain options within policy while maintaining CRM records. This is a remote, full-time role open to candidates across Latin America. Base pay is US$1,000 per month with retention bonuses; shifts follow Toronto/Eastern evening hours and weekends. Excellent English is required.
