About the role

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work embedded within our clients’ teams, taking AI solutions from idea to production on the Microsoft stack. This isn’t a role measured by isolated technical deliverables. Your success is measured by real business outcomes in the client’s operation.

What you’ll do

- Work side by side with client teams and end users to identify processes where AI and automation can deliver measurable impact.
- Design, build, and deploy agents, copilots, and automations on the Microsoft suite.
- Integrate solutions with the client’s existing data and systems.
- Iterate in short cycles with end users until the solution is actually being used, and track adoption and impact.
- Apply AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles throughout.
- Set the client’s team up to run the solution independently in a controlled environment.

- Shorten the path from pilot to production use.
- Unlock value from the Microsoft platform clients already have licensed.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of software development experience, including integrations and data work.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI / Azure OpenAI.
- Strong business judgment: you understand the process before proposing the technology.
- Clear communication with both business users and technical teams.
- Ability to work autonomously within a client environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Microsoft certifications (AI-103, AI-200, or similar) are a plus.
