Role Description The AI & Automation Manager (Remote) is a full-time role based in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation across internal workflows to improve efficiency and guest experience. Day-to-day activities include analyzing current processes, designing and implementing automation solutions, coordinating with technical and non-technical teams, and monitoring the performance of deployed tools.

The manager will evaluate and integrate AI-driven platforms,



oversee data collection and reporting for continuous improvement, and ensure that solutions align with business goals and compliance standards. Collaboration with leadership, operations, and customer experience teams is key to prioritizing projects, documenting best practices, and training staff on new systems and tools.

Qualifications

- Experience in AI, automation, or process optimization, including designing and implementing automated workflows and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map processes, interpret data, and evaluate technology solutions.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, RPA tools, or low-code/no-code automation solutions, and an interest in staying current with emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or real estate technology is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
