Job Description

You will be the main contact for parents. You will make sure they feel supported and informed during their children's education. You will manage communications, answer questions, and solve problems to improve the family experience. You need great communication skills. You will build strong relationships and handle difficult talks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Of The Role

- Be the main contact for parents and handle daily messages and questions.
- Build strong relationships with families for a positive experience.
- Follow up with parents to answer concerns and give updates.
- Handle complaints with care and good problem-solving skills.
- Work with internal teams to give fast answers to parents.
- Check parent happiness and stop problems before they grow.
- Help build new communication steps for a growing number of students and parents.
- Make sure all talks with parents show the company values.

Required Experience And Qualifications

- C2-level English proficiency,



with clear pronunciation and minimal accent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer success, client relations, account management, or parent and student support.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with parents and families.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the parent experience.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in education, tutoring, or educational services.

Personality

- Proactive and organized.
- Empathetic and professional.

Full-time

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 6 PM PST
