We are leading the build-out of a Language Services and Interpretation function to deliver remote medical interpretation support for healthcare providers and patients, spanning over-the-phone and video interpretation. We are hiring Spanish Medical Interpreters to join this function.The RoleAs a Spanish consecutive medical interpreter, your primary responsibility is to facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients who speak Spanish . You will interpret over the phone (OPI) and via video (VRI), working remotely on an hourly shift program in the EST time zone.What You'll DoAccurately interpret medical terminology, diagnoses, treatments, and other information between Spanish-speaking patients and healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and other medical staffProvide cultural mediation, helping patients understand the healthcare system and navigate it effectively, and helping providers understand cultural differences that may affect patient careMaintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in the interpretation professionDocument interpretation services provided, including date, time,
