Full-Time Opportunity: We are hiring Digital Imaging Specialists for a short-term remote project across the following locations.

Role: Digital Imaging Specialist

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a 2D or 3D Artist or in a similar role.

Mode: Remote

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:

Technical & Professional Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in 2D or 3D art or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing stylized 2D and 3D artwork and material exploration.
- Ability to recreate real-world materials and handcrafted textures convincingly.
- Strong understanding of form, silhouette, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with Non-Photorealistic Rendering (NPR) workflows.
- Knowledge of useful plugins and scripts in After Effects, 3ds Max, and Cinema 4D.
- Understanding of 3D modeling, topology, lighting, shading, and rendering.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

What You'll Work On:

- Edit, annotate, and modify existing images based on briefs,



references, and guidelines.
- Create visual variations while maintaining consistency in style, composition, color, lighting, texture, and detail.
- Perform image retouching, compositing, cleanup, background editing, and other digital image modifications.
- Recreate and enhance visual elements such as textures, materials, objects, characters, and scenes.
- Follow detailed instructions and accurately incorporate feedback.
- Document relevant workflows, style choices, and required metadata.
- Deliver polished, consistent, and production-ready visual outputs.

Availability & Commitment:

- Full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
- Must be available for at least 4 hours of overlap with PST working hours.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on 2D image annotation and editing tasks.
- Willingness to commit to the full 12-week project.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection to perform the project tasks.

Compensation:

- PPT Rate: $6 per approved task.
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 60–80 minutes per task.
