Hiring: Electric Forklift Sales Representative — Argentina

Our client is a leading general Chinese construction machinery manufacturer rolling out electric forklifts across Latin America. We are looking for a hands-on channel specialist to build the dealer network and drive electric forklift adoption in Argentina.

Location: Buenos Aires (with regular travel to Córdoba and the Santa Fe/Rosario industrial corridor)

What you'll do:

1. Own the Argentine forklift market — map end-customer demand across manufacturing, warehousing & logistics, agri-food processing, cold chain, and e-commerce;

2. Recruit, qualify, and onboard new dealers/distributors, leading negotiation through to signing;

3. Work side-by-side with dealers to open industrial, logistics, and agri-food accounts and win electric-forklift deals in warehousing and indoor operations;

4. Deliver training on product features, selling points, and competitor comparisons;

5. Track inventory and sell-through, and support dealers with demand forecasting,



stock turnover, and replenishment;

6. Stay on top of Argentina's import licensing, tariffs, and FX controls, and flag market-access and pricing implications to HQ.

What we're looking for:

1. 3+ years in forklift, construction machinery, or industrial equipment sales/channel management; electric or lithium-forklift experience a plus;

2. Deep knowledge of the Argentine market and a proven record in dealer development;

3. Fluent Spanish (required); English and/or Chinese a plus;

4. Strong commercial instinct, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication; comfortable with frequent travel;

5. Right to work in Argentina (visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have:

1. Latin American channel experience with a Chinese or international equipment OEM;

2. Familiarity with Argentine import clearance, FX settlement, and dealer financing.
