Arvenda is connecting top LATAM talent with U.S.-based businesses. We are recruiting a Video Editor for a content company that produces YouTube and podcast videos. You will turn raw recordings into polished videos that keep viewers watching. The work centers on long-form YouTube episodes and podcast content, including recordings captured in Riverside. You will work remotely with the content team, receive clear direction, and deliver on a steady weekly schedule.

? Location: 100% Remote (LATAM)

? Salary: $8 USD/hour (Non-negotiable)

⏰ Working Hours: Part-time (Versátil hours with weekly delivery deadlines, aligned with Central Time / CT)

? Contract Type: Independent Contractor (No PTO, requires own device/equipment)

? Core Tech / Industry: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Riverside / Digital Media & Content Creation

What you’ll do:

- Edit long-form YouTube and podcast episodes from raw footage to a polished final cut.
- Work with multi-camera and remote recordings, specifically handling files from Riverside.
- Clean up audio, balance levels, and flawlessly remove filler words, long pauses, and mistakes.
- Add on-brand titles, captions, graphics, music,



and transitions to match the channel's style.
- Repurpose full episodes to create engaging short clips and highlights for social media.
- Apply feedback quickly, flag footage or audio issues early, and strictly meet weekly delivery deadlines.
- Maintain highly organized project files and exports for seamless team collaboration.

What we’re looking for:

- 3 years of professional video editing experience (Must provide a portfolio featuring YouTube videos and podcast episodes).
- Proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Clear written English communication skills for interpreting feedback and following detailed instructions.
- Strong pacing and storytelling sense tailored specifically for long-form content.
- Solid audio cleanup and balancing skills.
- Reliable, highly organized, and capable of meeting strict deadlines while working independently.
- Must possess a reliable personal computer/device capable of heavy video rendering and a high-speed, stable internet connection.

- Bonus: Hands-on experience editing Riverside recordings; motion graphics or basic sound design skills.
