You will map how property managers work, identify friction, and redesign flows so the next person doesn’t have to think about it. You’ll work with another designer on visuals and you’ll ensure flows are built right the first time. You’ll design offline and retry states, prototype in Figma, and write precise annotated specs for engineering.
