You will drive operational efficiency by integrating AI into modern legal practice workflows.

USD 1.2K - 2.5K/month

+ Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation)

- You are proficient in Spreadsheets, Artificial intelligence tools, Airtable.
- You have +2 years experience in Executive assistance.
- English - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more

Role Description:

- Executive Operations Associate (Remote, LatAm, Full-Time) at Benson Law APC.

- Reports directly to the owner.

- Run the firm's relationship CRM.

- Manage the owner's calendar.

- Use AI tools to increase output.

CRM Responsibilities (Airtable):

- Enrich and dedupe contacts.

- Keep outreach cadences on schedule.

- Log interactions.

- Prepare weekly outreach lists.

Calendar and Inbox Management:

- Prepare the owner for calls.

- Research attorneys and community partners.





- Draft personalized emails.

- Track replies.

Process Improvement:

- Find repetitive work.

- Automate workflows with AI, Airtable, or Make.

Requirements

- Fluent professional English, written and spoken.

- Spanish is a plus.

- Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for work.

- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or virtual assistant for a US-based executive.

- Strong Airtable or spreadsheet skills.

- Make or Zapier experience is a plus.

- Availability from 8am to 1pm Pacific time at minimum.

- Discretion in handling confidential information.

- Ability to sign an NDA.
