Are you passionate about finding top talent and building strong partnerships with hiring managers? We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and lead recruitment efforts for specialized and hard-to-fill positions across multiple countries.

What You'll Do

- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meeting to offer and hire.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, X-Ray searches, market mapping, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including technical, behavioral, and competency-based interviews.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, providing talent market insights and recruitment best practices.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ATS records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Enhance recruitment processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.




- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting initiatives.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, or specialized roles.

Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through advanced recruiting techniques.

Experience recruiting across multiple countries (preferred).

Expertise using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, and similar tools.

Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics.

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
