- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Manager.
- Mandatory: Experience managing teams focused on mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of mobile application development for iOS and Android.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and delivering them within agreed timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with native and cross-platform mobile technologies.
- Familiarity with Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter.
- Experience with mobile application architecture, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Experience working with distributed or integral engineering teams.
