About The Role

Keep our clients' projects on time and on budget, coordinating people, tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Plan projects and define scope, timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate team members and stakeholders
- Track progress in project management tools and remove blockers
- Run meetings and send status updates
- Manage risks, changes and priorities
- Document processes

Requirements

- 2+ years managing projects
- Advanced English (C1 or higher)
- Experience with Asana,



ClickUp, Monday, Jira or similar
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Experience leading remote teams

Nice To Have

- PMP or Agile / Scrum certification
- Experience with marketing, software or operations projects

English Level

Advanced (C1 or higher), written and spoken

Schedule

Full time, US business hours
