We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to partner with Business Unit leadership, Client Partners, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive business performance, financial visibility, and operational excellence. This role combines financial analysis, business governance, stakeholder management, and process improvement, with a strong focus on independent ownership and data-driven decision-makingResponsibilitiesAnalyze P&L; performance, support forecasting and resource planning, evaluate pricing scenarios, and identify opportunities for cost optimizationManage business reviews, monitor KPIs, revenue commitments, and forecasts, and deliver accurate reporting with actionable insights to leadershipPartner with Client Partners and cross-functional teams on commercial activities, contract renewals, operational risks, and shifting business prioritiesStandardize workflows and improve reporting accuracy by leveraging automation, BI tools, and AI to boost efficiency and scalabilityEstablish operating cadences, prioritize competing requests, track commitments, anticipate risks, and drive issues through to resolution with appropriate stakeholder engagementRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of relevant experienceAt least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level rolesProven track record managing engagements for teams of 5 or more full-time employeesExperience in Business Operations, Financial Operations, FP&A;, or a similar roleStrong understanding of P&L; analysis, forecasting,
