About The Role

Handle inbound and outbound calls for US companies, delivering a great experience on every call.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls following scripts and procedures
- Schedule appointments and process requests
- Update records in the CRM after every call
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Escalate issues to the right team

Requirements

- Call center experience (inbound or outbound)
- Advanced English (C1 or higher),



clear and confident on the phone
- Comfortable working with metrics and targets
- A quiet workspace, a headset and a reliable internet connection

Nice To Have

- Dialers or VoIP tools (RingCentral, Five9, Aircall)
- Sales or collections experience

English Level

Advanced (C1 or higher), clear and confident on the phone

Schedule

Full time, US business hours
