At Morean, we're looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to join our team and help drive strategic initiatives across a integral product portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional projects, remove blockers, and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate software development projects from planning through delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and stakeholders to align priorities and execution.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and resource allocation.




- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and blockers, and drive timely resolutions.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously improve project management processes and delivery practices.
