Your main responsibilities will include:

- Lead complex learning and talent initiatives, managing teams, stakeholders, scope, budget, risks, and quality.
- Identify training needs,



analyze impacted audiences, and design learning strategies aligned with the business.
- Design and supervise training solutions, curricula, and capacity building programs for different audiences.
- Accompany clients and teams in transformation processes, technological adoption, and organizational change.
- Incorporate trends, digital tools, and artificial intelligence to create innovative and high-impact solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a strategic reference in learning and talent issues.
- Promote collaboration, professional development, and high performance in multidisciplinary teams.

What will make you successful - Requirements: We would like to connect with profiles that have:

- More than 7 years of experience in talent development, training management, and instructional design.
- Experience leading complex projects, multidisciplinary teams, budgets, risks, and priorities.
- University degree and corporate experience in Talent, Learning, Change Management, or organizational transformation initiatives.
- Advanced English, oral and written.
- Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and management tools.
- Strategic mindset, results orientation, and passion for people development.
