We are seeking a Junior Customer Success Accountant to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ success and satisfaction.

About the role
As a Junior Customer Success Accountant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and our other accounting professionals, providing prompt and precise responses to inquiries regarding our array of products and services tailored for tax returns and bookkeeping, supporting our clients as they focus on their business growth. What you’ll do:
• Respond to client and prospect queries in Zendesk and by email, aiming to resolve most tickets within one business day.
• Request documents, send client communications and mail campaigns, and keep accurate records of every interaction.
• Look after your assigned clients from purchase until they’re handed to their tax accountant or bookkeeper, and stay available to help afterwards.
• Support the tax team and bookkeeping teams as needed.




• Create invoices and follow up on them, passing complex payment issues to a senior colleague.
• Flag issues early and help improve our SOPs. What we’re looking for:
• 1-2 years in customer support, client services, bookkeeping or accounting administration. Recent graduates with relevant coursework or internships are welcome.
• Excellent written English and a friendly, professional approach to clients.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several tickets at once.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping or tax concepts, or a real interest in learning them.
• Comfortable learning new software.
• Willingness to cover the US time zone (Eastern Time). Nice to have:
• Experience with Google Workspace, Zendesk, Salesforce, Box, Podio, and Stripe.
• Exposure to US tax or bookkeeping. How we’ll measure success:
• 95% of Zendesk tickets being resolved within one business day.
• Customer satisfaction (CSAT) of 4+.
