Talent Attraction Manager, Assistant Director The Early Careers Attraction Assistant Director will serve as the leader of EY's project manager-led school strategy, managing the team responsible for bringing campus recruitment strategies to life. This individual will drive consistency and alignment across recruiting teams, alumni stakeholders, and university partners while ensuring project manager recruiters are equipped with the resources, materials, communications, and support needed to deliver a high-quality stakeholder and campus experience. The role will oversee key strategic and operational functions, including campus engagement planning, communications, governance processes, event management, budget tracking, reporting, and stakeholder support.
