Senior Case Manager / Paralegal Industry:

Remote in Latam

Shift: M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

We are seeking a Senior Case Manager / Paralegal with strong experience in U.S. plaintiff-side personal injury law. This individual will take on a senior, client-facing role and should be capable of handling personal injury matters throughout the case lifecycle with a high degree of independence. The idóneo candidate is a well-rounded personal injury professional who understands both pre-litigation case management and litigation-related processes.

Key Responsibilities • Manage personal injury cases from start to finish. • Handle new client intake and gather relevant information and documentation. • Communicate directly with clients throughout their cases. • Set up and manage insurance claims.



• Understand and navigate insurance procedures related to plaintiff-side personal injury matters. • Follow up regarding medical appointments and treatment. • Request, track, and organize medical records and billing documentation. • Assist with and understand the litigation side of personal injury cases. • Maintain organized electronic client files and documentation. • Work independently while keeping cases moving efficiently. • Use AI tools, including ChatGPT or similar platforms, when appropriate to support daily work.

Must-Have Experience: At least 3 years pre-litigation the Personal Injury experience for a US Law Firm and an advanced english level.
