Wise Choice Remodeling is hiring a Sales Development Representative to make outbound calls, qualify prospective customers, and book appointments for our U.S. home remodeling sales team. If you’re comfortable starting conversations over the phone, handling objections, and following up consistently, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

- Contact prospective customers by phone and email to learn about their remodeling plans and assess whether their project is a fit for our services.
- Book qualified appointments and give the sales team clear notes before each handoff.
- Keep contact records, call outcomes, and next steps up to date in the CRM.




- Manage your follow-up pipeline and work toward outreach, qualification, and appointment-setting targets.

What you’ll need
- Previous SDR experience that includes outbound phone sales, lead qualification, and CRM pipeline management.
- Strong spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with U.S. customers.
- Availability to work full-time from noon to 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time, including weekends.
- Based in Argentina or Colombia.

Experience in construction, remodeling, or real estate is a plus.
