- Craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our agency'sbrand, boost visibility, and acquire new clients, focusing on expanding our marketpresence.
- Lead and inspire our talented team of marketing professionals, offering strategicguidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and creative environment todeliver exceptional campaigns.
- Utilize market insights and analytics to optimize our campaigns,

- Direct the creation of compelling, brand-consistent content across platforms thatalign with our agency's values and resonate with our audience.
- Foster seamless collaborations among teams, ensuring our marketing strategiesalign with our business goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, offering insights andrecommendations for continuous campaign enhancement and agency success.Who are we looking for?- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least4-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity- Experience working in an agency environment would be a huge plus.
- Preferably, a strong background in Marketing agency roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionableinsights.
