Job Responsibilities At

Trafilea, FP&A; isn’t just about reporting what happened. It’s about influencing what happens next . We’re looking for an FP&A; Director to own our global Financial Planning & Analysis function end-to-end and become a strategic partner to our executive team, Board, and investors.

You’ll build the financial infrastructure behind better decisions—from planning and forecasting to performance management, investor relations, and capital markets—while developing a high-performing FP&A; team. What You’ll Do Own annual business planning, monthly forecasting, performance management, and variance analysis end-to-end. Turn financial and business data into forward-looking insights and recommendations for the executive team and Board.
