We are seeking an experienced Intake & Pre-Litigation Coordinator to support a growing U.S. Personal Injury law firm.

✅ Required Qualifications

- 1-2+ years of experience in a legal support, intake, or case management role.
- Personal Injury experience is REQUIRED.
- Strong Legal Research skills are REQUIRED.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience communicating with clients, insurance carriers, adjusters, and third parties.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

⭐ Strongly Preferred

- Experience handling California Personal Injury cases.
- Experience using Filevine.
- Experience with Clio, Litify, SmartAdvocate,



Needles, or similar case management systems.
- Familiarity with insurance claims processes and pre-litigation workflows.

Key Responsibilities • Handle intake calls and qualify potential clients.

- Gather accident, injury, insurance, and case-related information.
- Open and manage insurance claims.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers and adjusters.
- Prepare and send Letters of Representation (LORs).
- Track demand packages and follow up with insurance companies.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
- Support attorneys and legal teams throughout the pre-litigation process.
