About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing & Events Analyst to join our Marketing team and primarily support the planning, coordination, and execution of events in the United States. This role will focus on event operations, helping ensure that all activities run smoothly before, during, and after each event. It will also provide support across different Marketing initiatives, offering the opportunity to develop new skills and grow within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Events (70%)

- Coordinate event logistics and operations before, during, and after each event.
- Support venue arrangements, vendors, suppliers, materials, and other event-related requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Provide on-site support during events, including international travel when required.

Marketing (30%)





- Support ongoing Marketing projects and team initiatives.
- Assist with social media content, presentations, website updates, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team members on different projects based on business needs and individual interests.

Requirements

- Around 2–3 years of professional experience in event coordination, project coordination, marketing, administration, or a related field.
- Background in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency, as the role involves regular communication with vendors, Sales teams, and other stakeholders in the United States.
- Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel to the United States for events.

Location & Work Setup

- Remote position.
- Preferred location: Buenos Aires, Argentina, to facilitate coordination with the team and event preparation.
- Full-time availability required.
