Remoto: Trabajo híbrido

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Managing video and social projects from initial brief through to final delivery.

- The ability to work under tight timelines and adapt all kinds of video content based on the supplied media plans.
- You'll adapt masters to all kinds of platforms, lengths and languages, ensuring each and every ad is fit-for-format and looks pixel perfect.
- Adaptation is understood as: Perform adaptation to master videos, such as creating cutdowns, replacing supers & end cards, sound mixing voice-over, adding subtitling.
- Possessing a strong knowledge of delivery formats, ensuring all outputs are technically to specs and the responsibility of all content is QC'd prior to delivery.
- Propose creative solutions and have a proven track record in editing and the ability for storytelling that are relevant to the clients brief and within brand guidelines.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst also flagging the ones that aren't feasible upfront.
- Clear communication is essential as you will be in coms on a daily basis with Project Managers in the MediaMonks team, operating from different offices across the Globe.
- You can clearly express yourself in English, in writing and orally.
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Video Editor with a very high competence and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and in particular Premiere.
- You can impress under pressure, taking responsibility for your own workload, time management, note-making and feedback-processing, as well as any other actions required to make the work great.
- You can prioritize and problem-solve, not hitting the panic button for any bump in the road.




- You are methodical and well-organized when it comes to naming conventions and folder structures.
- You're intimately familiar with the post-production environment and workflow and are aware of how things need to be done in order to follow a proper structure.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technology, ways of working and have the instinct to grasp emerging opportunities and ensure this knowledge is cascaded to the teams.
- Be sociable, positive and resourceful.
- Be proactive, self motivated and enjoy working as part of a teamREQUIREMENTS- For this role, we're looking for a video editor with motion graphics and audio skills, and around 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- You're well versed when it comes to Adobe suite (e.g. AfterEffects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc), a dedicated and passionate person that really understands and loves their craft, you're able to switch between disciplines and wear different hats to match every project's needs.
- You can listen to both client and internal feedback but also bring your own ideas to the front, helping to perfect every task.
- You can deliver tight work, even under tight deadlines.
- You can work independently and excel as part of a team, skillfully sharing your progress, problems and pitfalls.
- You have experience working on ad and social media campaigns.
- You're well-versed in English and know some production tricks.
