Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and business objectives.
- Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR guidance.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.
- Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and organizational matters.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Lead performance appraisal and succession planning processes.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support management decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience advising managers and supporting organizational development.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
