As a Pipeline Builder, you will:

? Identify and engage top talent for high-demand, niche, or recurring positions.

? Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and advanced search techniques to source both active and passive candidates.

? Conduct initial screenings to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

? Maintain an organized database of candidates and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sourcing metrics.

? Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.





? Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies, stay ahead of labor market trends, and adopt best practices in talent acquisition.

We are looking for candidates with:

✅ 6+ months of experience in recruitment sourcing, sales B2B or talent acquisition.

✅ Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.

✅ The ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
