- Manage APQP phases and prepare/submit PPAP documentation for new projects and product/process changes in line with customer requirements.
- Coordinate activities between the customer and internal teams, ensuring all quality, timing and technical requirements are met during project launch.
- Maintain direct communication with customers and handle complaints using structured methodologies (8D, action plans, timely responses).
- Create and update Control Plans, participate in PFMEA activities and support risk management within processes.
- Prepare and coordinate customer audits and visits, while supporting compliance with quality standards (IATF, ISO).Your Experience & Qualifications:




- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar quality-related role.
- Strong knowledge of core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC.
- Experience with problem-solving tools such as 8D, Ishikawa and 5 Why, as well as understanding of QMS standards (IATF, ISO).
