Love Home is a nonprofit organization operating interim and supportive housing programs across multiple sites in Los Angeles, California. Our sites are staffed 24/7, which means we have steady, ongoing hiring needs for frontline and program roles.

We're looking for an experienced remote recruiter to help keep our candidate pipeline moving and support our growing recruitment needs.

The Role

You'll manage the front end of our hiring process, from job postings and applicant screening through interview scheduling. You'll work closely with our HR team and hiring managers to ensure qualified candidates move quickly through the process and that no applications or follow-ups are overlooked.

What You'll Do

- Manage job postings and applicant flow through Indeed.
- Review applications daily and screen candidates against job requirements.
- Send and review preliminary screening questions.
- Assign skills tests to qualified applicants and track completion.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates to confirm interviews and reduce no-shows.
- Keep candidate statuses and notes updated in our tracking system.
- Monitor recruitment progress and flag pipeline gaps or slow-moving positions to HR.

Roles You'll Recruit For Residential Aides, Security Monitors, Case Managers, Program Managers, and other support positions within our residential and supportive housing programs.

What We're Looking For

- At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Hands-on experience using Indeed Employer, including job postings,



applicant screening, and candidate messaging.
- Experience supporting high-volume or continuous hiring.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and open positions simultaneously.
- Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable using calendar scheduling tools and online tracking systems.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
- Availability that overlaps with Pacific Time (California) business hours.

Important Qualification Requirements This position requires hands-on recruiting experience, not just general administrative or HR support.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

- Direct experience managing job postings and applicant screening through Indeed Employer.
- Experience reviewing resumes, conducting preliminary candidate assessments, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Experience coordinating multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong written English skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based hiring managers and candidates.

Position Details
- Location: Fully remote – candidates based in South America.
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor.
- Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, with availability overlapping Pacific Time business hours.
- Compensation: USD $8–$10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Payment Currency: All payments are made in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Duration: Ongoing contract, based on business needs and hiring volume.
