WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Hold short, simple meetings to explain our internal procedures and give instructions
- Explain which documents need to be submitted and how
- Follow up by email and messages until everything is complete
- Some days, handle instructions and follow-ups by email only
- Over time, help with other admin tasks within the company as needed

SCHEDULE AND PAY

- 100% remote, work from home
- Monday to Friday, evening shift
- 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM Argentina time (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time)
- Minimum 4 hours per day, hourly or fixed part-time schedule

WHAT YOU NEED

- Advanced English (all work is done in English)
- A people person: you enjoy talking with people and helping them
- A professional, friendly presence on camera
- A good-quality working webcam, good lighting, and a clean, quiet background
- A computer and stable internet
- General assistant skills: organized, clear, and reliable
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as the role grows




- No technical or special skills required. The work is simple, and full training is provided.
