Demonstrated experience in executive assistance, virtual assistance, concierge services, or customer support via phone. Fluent, neutral, and clear spoken English with strong improvisational skills for US-based interactions. Confidence in making outbound calls and navigating automated phone systems. Reliable high-speed internet connection, quiet work environment, and a quality wired or USB headset. Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or travel industries; negotiation or escalation experience is a plus. Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple consecutive tasks.
