I’m looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized Bilingual Work Order Specialist / Maintenance Coordinator for a US-based real estate and property management client.

This is a full-time remote position working during US Pacific business hours.

What you’ll do

- Follow up on work orders with residents, vendors, and maintenance teams
- Create, update, close, and send work orders accurately
- Review and categorize incoming work orders and check for duplicates
- Track open and completed work orders
- Coordinate vendor scheduling, service updates, and documentation
- Communicate professionally with residents regarding service timelines and completion
- Coordinate with internal maintenance teams on priorities and workload




- Prepare reports and updates using Excel and Yardi

Requirements

✅ 2+ years of experience in US property management, maintenance coordination, or work order management

✅ Spanish-speaking

✅ Experience with Yardi and Microsoft Excel preferred

✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills

✅ Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

✅ Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through

✅ Available to work full-time during US Pacific business hours
