The adecuado candidate will have hands-on experience managing AR and AP processes within the U.S. construction industry and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable- Generate and issue customer invoices.- Monitor outstanding receivables.- Follow up on overdue accounts.- Reconcile customer payments.- Prepare AR reports.Accounts Payable- Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.- Reconcile supplier statements.- Prepare payment runs.- Maintain vendor records.- Resolve billing discrepancies.Financial Administration- Assist with month-end closing activities.- Maintain accurate financial records.- Support reporting and audits.- Ensure compliance with company financial policies.Required Qualifications- Senior experience in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.- Familiarity with the AIA billing process.- Previous experience within the U.S. construction industry (required).- QuickBooks Online knowledge.- Strong understanding of accounting principles.- Excellent attention to detail.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.- Must come out of a construction background.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with US construction accounting processes.- Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
