About this PositionAs Plant Manager for our Chivilcoy site in Argentina, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, shaping a high-performance culture, and leading a talented team in one of Henkel’s key manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, sustainable, and competitive plant performance while fostering an inclusive environment where people can thrive, innovate, and grow.What you’ll do- Manage all plant operations as well as service and supportfunctions at factory level in accordance with global procedures and localregulations.- Define and implement a long-term production strategy to ensureefficient operations and high-quality products.- Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget and key projects.- Lead, engage and develop the plant organization, includingdevelopment and succession plans for plant personnel.- Act as company representative and key contact for local authoritiesand workers’ unions or councils within your area of responsibility.- Take responsibility for SHEQ, the plant investment plan, CAPEXapplications and fixed asset accounting.- Coordinate the application of Henkel Production System (HPS)programs to continuously improve theprocesses, OEE and overall plant performance.- Collaborate with local, regional and integral stakeholders totranslate business priorities into effective plant execution.- Foster an inclusive workplace where different perspectives,backgrounds and experiences are valued.What makes you a good fit- University degree in Engineering, Production Management or arelated field.- Fluent English.- Relevant professional experience in manufacturing, operations orproduction environments,
