AI gives you speed. You make sure it moves in the right direction.
Tanor is an AI-native business transformation company. We help companies automate the busywork, connect fragmented operations, uncover insights hidden in their data, and build new products and revenue streams with AI.
We do not stop at recommendations or slide decks. We work alongside our clients to understand how their business really operates, identify where AI can create meaningful value, and turn the right opportunities into solutions people can see, test, and use.
We are looking for an AI Enabler to lead that journey.
This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and technology. You will move from an ambiguous problem to a clear opportunity, from an opportunity to a working prototype, and from a prototype to a path toward real adoption and impact.
You will not spend weeks documenting what somebody else should build. You will talk to users, understand the operation, challenge assumptions, make decisions, and use AI to put something tangible in their hands quickly. Depending on the challenge, you may build independently, work with a Tanor Atom, or bring together the right senior specialists to take the solution further.
What you will do
Immerse yourself in a client's business, workflows, systems, data, constraints, and goals.
Find the real problem behind the initial request and challenge whether the proposed solution is the right one.
Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can reduce friction, improve decisions, unlock growth, or create an entirely new capability.
Turn incomplete ideas into clear product hypotheses, lightweight experiments, and working prototypes.
Build with AI coding tools, APIs, automation platforms,
and whatever else helps you validate an idea quickly and credibly.
Put prototypes in front of real users, gather evidence, learn from what happens, and iterate fast.
Define what success means: the expected business value, the key assumptions, the adoption path, and the signals that tell us whether to continue, change direction, or stop.
Explain clearly what AI can do, what it cannot do, and where the risks, limitations, and human decisions are.
Translate validated opportunities into priorities, backlogs, acceptance criteria, and context that AI agents and developers can execute without losing the original business intent.
When working with a Tanor Atom, own the business context, product direction, stakeholder coordination, decision cadence, and adoption of what gets built.
Fill the gaps across the process. If a dependency, unanswered question, missing decision, or disconnected stakeholder is slowing the outcome down, you help resolve it.
Turn what we learn across projects into better methods, reusable tools, and stronger ways of working for Tanor.
What success looks like
In your first months, you will be able to enter an unfamiliar business, understand how work really gets done, identify a high-value opportunity, and turn it into a prototype that helps the client make a better decision.
You will create momentum without creating chaos. Clients will trust you because you understand their reality, challenge them when necessary, communicate clearly, and consistently turn conversations into tangible progress.
Over time, you will not only help Tanor find better opportunities. You will improve our ability to take those opportunities from discovery to adoption, while preserving the context and direction that make speed valuable.
What we are looking for
Strong product experience and a track record of taking ideas from discovery to something real that users could test, adopt, or buy.
Excellent business judgment and genuine curiosity about how companies operate, make money, serve customers, and make decisions.
The ability to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, uncover root causes, and distinguish an interesting AI use case from a valuable one.
Hands-on experience using AI to research, analyze, prototype, automate, and build. You do not need to be a production software engineer, but you must be able to create—not only describe.
Enough technical fluency to work effectively with APIs, data, integrations, AI models, developers, and architecture decisions.
Strong discovery and facilitation skills. You know how to ask sharp questions, surface assumptions, navigate conflicting perspectives, and move a group toward a decision.
The ability to communicate with executives, operators, users, and technical teams without hiding behind jargon.
A bias toward lightweight artifacts, fast feedback, and useful prototypes instead of excessive process and documentation.
High agency. You create momentum, find a way forward, and make things happen
