Now Hiring: Maintenance Manager – Property Management Pistilli Management is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate daily maintenance operations across our residential property portfolio. This is an extremely fast-paced, high-volume position requiring excellent time management, calendar management, scheduling, and consistent follow-up. The adecuado candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate with residents, vendors, and building staff, meet strict deadlines, and ensure maintenance requests are followed through to completion. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, professional phone etiquette, strong organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Candidates must be comfortable handling a high volume of calls, emails, and maintenance requests while remaining organized and responsive. A strong background in building maintenance, property management, or maintenance coordination is preferred.
