Premier Research is seeking a TMF Lead II to join our Pharmacovigilance and Records Management team. You will oversee TMF set-up, maintenance and closure across studies, ensuring alignment with ICH-GCP, general regulatory standards and sponsor requirements. In this senior role you will mentor project teams, provide KPI analysis and drive quality improvements, including TMF transitions and audits, while coordinating with eTMF administration and cross-functional partners to deliver compliant TMFs
