Formulated Automation seeks a JUNIOR Social Media Virtual Assistant (Client Engagement & Community Management) for remote work across Latin America. You will manage daily community interaction on Skool, Facebook Groups, and Discord, logging notes and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. You will use Salesforce for client lookups and tagging, route warm inquiries to Sales, and track handoffs. Weekend availability is preferred and will be prioritized.
